Wychwood Baptist Church

Community Lunch & Messy Church

Once a month we do something a little different!

On 1st Sunday of each month; following a service of 'Worship & Communion' at a later than normal time of 11am; we will break for coffee and then anyone in our community is welcome to join us for lunch.  After this, things start to get messy!

 Community Lunch

Anyone is welcome to join us for a cooked lunch, which will be served around 12:30pm.  You will need to sign up for this in advance, advising how many Adult or Child meals you require, specifying which meal option (at least one will be vegetarian), as well as any other dietary requirements.

OUR NEXT LUNCH & MESSY CHURCH IS ON 3RD DECEMBER.

Please see menu options below:

Option 1:  Roast Turkey with all the trimmings

Option 2:  Nut Roast with all the trimmings

Please advise if there are other dietary requirements.

The above will be followed by dessert.

To book your meal option, please click here for our booking form.

There's a suggested donation of £3 per head / £10 per family, but it is what it says - a 'suggested' donation, so don't let the cost put you off.

Why not have a break from the cooking and come and join with (or make new) friends from the village.

You can join us just for lunch.  However, we'd love it if you were able to stay for ...

Activities often start over lunch.  However, if you can't make that, then join us at around 1.30 pm - where things start to get more messy!  You may find the hall busy with folks sat around tables, but just come on in and join in the fun.

Messy Chruch is an opportunity opportunity for families, for anyone of any age, to get together and discover more about Jesus through a variety of activities relating to a particular bible topic or theme.

There will be crafts, games, singing, and more!

All this in a relaxed, informal and fun environment! Something for all the family - for anyone of any age.

Next event - 'Messy Christmas'

Join us for some fun activities as we get ready for Christmas.

Don't forget to sign up if you're coming for lunch!
